Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Efficiently handle merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols at all times.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with team members and supervisors.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Must have a valid state ID and pass a background check.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
