Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and maintain organized warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices in accordance with safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- License: Valid driver's license required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
