Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and checkout processes efficiently.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory to maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
- Operate cash registers and process various payment methods accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for restocking needs.
- Ensure the security and safety of the facility and merchandise at all times.
- Perform basic cleaning duties to uphold company hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
