Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure the warehouse and work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and staging goods for delivery.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming products to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
