Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and account information accurately and securely.
- Assist in training new team members on weekend protocols and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly performance and sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to our New York office.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for this Entry Level role.
