Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer inquiries regarding product availability.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock merchandise, straighten displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock needs.
- Cash handling and reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
