Responsibilities
- Execute inbound and outbound logistics operations with precision and speed.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily performance targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required by operational volume.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
