Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Assist with daily living activities and medication management
- Document patient observations and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Respond promptly to emergency situations following protocols
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or senior care experience
- Flexibility to work alternating weekend schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Background check and drug screen required
- Reliable transportation to Oceanfront Ave location
