Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Control: Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality and safety standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Full training provided for all positions; we prioritize attitude over past history.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, safety, and meeting deadlines.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable with basic computer navigation and math for scanning and counting.
