Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a welcoming attitude, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing stock.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must have reliable availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
