Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during weekend peak hours.
- Process orders, invoices, and returns with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse management systems and digital inventory tools.
- Ensure the safety and organization of the workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekly targets and KPIs.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as required by operational needs.
- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone and email.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Previous customer service or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
