Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a professional and welcoming attitude to ensure a premium experience.
- Ensure the venue is pristine, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Monitor entry points and verify identification strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale operations with high accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all patrons and staff.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management during shifts.
- Adhere to all company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid government-issued ID and social security card required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the location.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
