Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the weekend team to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, stocking, and merchandise presentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure all safety protocols and operational procedures are strictly followed.
- Train and mentor new hires during weekend shifts to maintain team standards.
- Manage cash handling and register operations with accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to plan shift coverage and workflow optimization.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
