Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations and staff supervision on Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized environment for all customers entering the store.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet sales targets and service standards.
- Handle cash handling, register operations, and daily deposits accurately.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure product presentation meets quality standards.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in planning weekend promotional events and visual merchandising displays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 4 shifts per weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
