Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness standards.
- Assist in training new staff members and providing feedback.
- Handle cash handling and daily closing procedures accurately.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement store improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
