Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage all store activities during weekend shifts, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate floor staff, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and operational standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that encourages loyalty and repeat business.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, oversee stockroom organization, and execute replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts.
- Financial Accuracy: Manage cash handling procedures, oversee daily deposits, and ensure all financial reports are accurate and submitted on time.
- Merchandising: Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute promotional displays effectively during weekend events.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and customers.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Technology: Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and basic computer applications.
