- Train and mentor part-time staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding orders processed over the weekend.
- Prepare daily shift reports and productivity logs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail management is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (certification provided upon hire).
