Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless workflow.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Ensure the store or facility is clean, organized, and safe.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales accurately.
- Collaborate with the mid-week team to prepare for upcoming shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous experience in retail or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis location.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
