Responsibilities
- Manage all store operations and staff supervision during Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded.
- Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and daily stock replenishment.
- Conduct briefings with weekend staff to discuss goals and performance metrics.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
