Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations team of 15+ technicians and support staff
- Monitor and optimize service delivery across multiple client accounts
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for weekend workflows
- Coordinate cross-departmental handovers and shift transitions
- Resolve escalated client issues and ensure service level compliance
- Conduct performance reviews and skill development sessions
- Develop weekend-specific operational protocols and contingency plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in operations or team leadership
- Proven track record managing weekend or shift-based teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in operational software (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
