Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics operations during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Monitor inventory systems and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Lead cross-functional teams for weekend loading/unloading activities
- Execute quality control checks on high-value shipments
- Document all operational activities using proprietary software systems
- Collaborate with overnight shift teams for seamless handovers
- Implement weekend-specific safety protocols and compliance measures
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations role
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Strong problem-solving skills under time-sensitive conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Weekend shift availability is non-negotiable requirement
