Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently while handling returns and exchanges
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom environments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Mission Bay Drive location
