Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend operating hours (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations on weekends
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the weekend shift
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly during peak weekend traffic
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible weekend shifts including Saturdays and Sundays
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Reliable transportation to Virginia Beach location
