Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (Friday-Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular cleaning and restocking
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and product recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Support inventory management and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
