- Operational Support: Assist in daily operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and accuracy during weekend shifts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to meet operational goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Assist in monitoring and managing stock levels and equipment as required.
- Shift Adherence: Commit to the scheduled weekend hours (e.g., Friday-Sunday) with punctuality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and be willing to start immediately.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
