- Organize merchandise, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, orderly store environment.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries regarding store policies or services.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety protocols and loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact politely with diverse clientele.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
