Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries and product selection.
- Restock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization during slower periods.
- Open and close the store according to established operational procedures and security checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store goals are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
