Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle cash and handle returns or exchanges according to company guidelines.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising throughout the weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS terminals.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
