Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake and discharge processes with precision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document electronic health records (EHR) with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless care delivery
- Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Support weekend admissions and emergency triage as needed
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a fast-paced setting
- BLS/CPR certification (must maintain current)
- Proficient in EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with strong judgment
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays/Sundays, 6am-6pm)
- Background check and drug screening required
