Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and document accurately
- Coordinate care with on-call physicians and specialists
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Collaborate with weekend nursing team for seamless care
Qualifications
- Current KY nursing license (LPN/RN) or CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Strong weekend availability (required every Sat/Sun)
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
