Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation excellence
- Manage inventory operations including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining brand service standards
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years retail/customer service experience
- Availability to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Reliable transportation to Manhattan locations with punctual attendance record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of retail best practices and loss prevention procedures preferred
