Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering product inquiries and providing personalized recommendations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle returns.
- Restock shelves and displays to ensure product availability and maintain high visual standards throughout the weekend.
- Assist with inventory management and keep the stockroom organized and accessible.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per weekend.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
