Responsibilities
- Execute weekend operational procedures with precision and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels (in-person, phone, digital)
- Coordinate weekend staffing schedules and resource allocation
- Process transactions and maintain accurate documentation
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and quality control
- Participate in weekend team briefings and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service or operational experience
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Previous experience in high-volume weekend environments preferred
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
