Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during Saturday/Sunday operating hours
- Manage store operations, inventory, and merchandising on weekend shifts
- Process transactions and maintain accurate point-of-sale records
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Execute promotional campaigns and visual standards during peak weekend traffic
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications
- Availability to work exclusively Saturday and Sunday shifts (7 AM - 5 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexibility to adapt to weekend-specific operational needs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for logistics)
- Ability to stand for extended periods during weekend shifts
