Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend guests across dining and event spaces
- Coordinate weekend shift operations including inventory management and quality control
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on service standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Maintain safety compliance during high-traffic weekend periods
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless handovers
- Execute weekend promotions and seasonal events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability: Saturdays & Sundays (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system proficiency or willingness to learn
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Positive attitude and weekend reliability essential
