Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory shipments with 100% accuracy.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks during peak weekend hours.
- Perform quality control checks and update digital inventory logs.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely completion of daily targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
