Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Stock merchandise and ensure store presentation meets brand standards
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges efficiently
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets
- Adhere to safety protocols during peak weekend foot traffic
- Assist with inventory management during Saturday/Sunday operations
Qualifications
- Proven availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Strong communication skills and weekend adaptability
- Valid CA work permit if applicable
- Ability to work independently during low-traffic periods
