Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to all customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily store or facility operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and stocked.
- Transaction Management: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner using point-of-sale systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure a seamless workflow and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and report discrepancies promptly.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent full-time basis.
