Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-store customer experiences during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Manage inventory and merchandise displays to maintain visual standards
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with stock replenishment and warehouse organization
- Train new weekend team members on operational procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
