Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Manage reservation systems and seating arrangements for high-volume periods
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all service areas
- Train new weekend staff on service protocols
- Contribute to weekend revenue through upselling and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification
- Must be 18+ years old
- Local New Orleans residency preferred
