Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care during weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Coordinate with on-call physicians for urgent care needs
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Administer medications as prescribed by medical team
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with weekday staff for seamless care transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
