Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the weekend lead to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
