Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts
- Lead and motivate 5-8 team members to exceed sales targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment

- Prepare end-of-shift reports and sales summaries
Qualifications
