Responsibilities
- Lead overnight team of 10+ warehouse associates, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory management
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance during all shift operations
- Monitor real-time logistics systems to resolve operational bottlenecks proactively
- Conduct shift handovers and detailed performance reporting for day-shift management
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and company procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend logistics execution
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries regarding weekend shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse/supervisory roles with weekend/night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and logistics software
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid NC driver's license with clean record (for facility inspections)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
