Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift staff, ensuring optimal coverage and task delegation
- Oversee facility operations, including safety compliance and equipment checks
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational issues promptly and document incident reports
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain client satisfaction standards
- Process payroll documentation and shift reports weekly
- Train new team members on SOPs and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
