Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the weekend team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards.
- Train new staff members on weekend procedures and company products.
- Monitor sales goals and assist in achieving weekly targets.
- Conduct opening and closing shift inspections and cash reconciliation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or operations management.
- Proven ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
