Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with POS systems and inventory management
- Valid Washington State driver's license (if applicable)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule and punctuality essential
