Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend staff scheduling and performance management
- Ensure seamless guest service during peak weekend hours
- Implement safety and compliance protocols across all shifts
- Resolve escalated guest inquiries with professionalism
- Conduct opening/closing procedures for weekend operations
- Train new associates on brand standards and service excellence
- Monitor inventory and supply chain for weekend demand
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to manage high-volume weekend operations
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification preferred
