Responsibilities
- Manage 5-10 weekend staff members across high-traffic retail locations
- Handle cash operations, inventory counts, and POS system oversight
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational transitions
- Train new staff on company protocols and weekend procedures
- Implement safety compliance during peak weekend hours
- Submit weekly performance reports and inventory summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-10pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Local Milwaukee residency preferred
