Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 staff members during weekend shifts
- Coordinate guest services across front desk, valet, and concierge teams
- Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism
- Monitor inventory and operational compliance
- Train new weekend staff on resort protocols
- Collaborate with department heads for seamless transitions
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality/supervisory experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Sat/Sun required)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Jacksonville tourism landscape
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Proficient in Opera PMS software
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
